Price & valuation
This looks like an Austrian 1962 commemorative/special cancel cover tied to the “15 Jahre verstaatlichte Elektrizitätswirtschaft” issue. That stamp set was issued in 1962, with dealers listing the set cheaply, which supports this being a modest-value collectible rather than a rare high-ticket item. Comparable market evidence for a very similar Bad Gleichenberg “Europa” cover suggests a typical value around £3 to £8, with stronger examples reaching about £5 to £10.
