Price & valuation

This appears to be a 1969 Austrian commemorative/special cover for 150 years of Erste Österreichische Spar-Casse, Wien. Comparable Austrian covers from the same period commonly list around US$3.00–$5.00, and similar Austrian first day/event covers are often around US$3.99 on eBay.

A reasonable market estimate for this example is £2.50–£4.50, with the value slightly limited by it being a niche commemorative banking-themed cover and by the light ageing on the back.
