Price & valuation

Based on comparable current asking prices for similar 1980 British Birds Sandy Beds FDCs, typical market listings sit around £1.50 to £3.00, with some general examples slightly under that and scarcer cachet variants higher. Similar examples are listed around £1.50, £1.67, £2.50, and £3.00.

Estimated value for your item: £2.00 to £3.50

Because yours includes the insert and outer envelope, I’d place it toward the upper end of ordinary examples, though the outer envelope address label stops it being a premium presentation set.
