Valuation & Price Guidance:

From price lists:

The Stanley Lisica Gibraltar catalogue lists the 1968 Christmas pair (mint, never hinged) at 0.45 (US$ equivalent in their pricing) under “Gibraltar Postage Stamps : 1946-2019”.

A retail site “StampsPhilately” offers “Gibraltar Stamps 1968/80 Christmas Mint” for £1.49 (though that may refer to a larger set or general listing)

On HipStamp, a “mint hinged” pair is listed for US $0.25 (very low)

On eBay, a matched “MNH” (Mint Never Hinged) set is offered for ~US$1.50 (≈ £1.20)

So a realistic valuation for a mint never hinged pair in good condition might be in the ballpark of £1.00 to £2.50, depending on freshness, centering, gum condition, demand, and postage costs.
