The envelope shows a full color botanical illustration with a neat Bern “Pro Juventute Ausgabetag” postmark. The FDC carries a block of four 60+25c stamps printed by Courvoisier S.A. and designed by H. Schwarzenbach.
The "+25" surcharge supported youth welfare causes in Switzerland through the Pro Juventute Foundation.
