Description

This is a beautiful block of four 2½d Queen Elizabeth II red definitive stamps, part of the early 1950s Great Britain pre-decimal issues.

The design features a young Queen Elizabeth II with the “Wilding” portrait by Dorothy Wilding, introduced in 1952.

This example retains full original gum with some toning and a light hinge mark, but the face and perforations remain crisp. An attractive multiple for collectors of British Commonwealth or QEII early issues.
