Valuation & Recommended Price:
Based on current online listings:
A single used example of this stamp (Scott 1105) is listed at approx US$0.25 (~£0.20) for used.
A selling listing on eBay for a single mint example shows sale around £2.67 for unmounted mint.
Given yours is a block of six with margin, unmounted, plus colour‐bars & printer imprint — these margin multiples often command a premium over singles. However this is still a common issue and not a major rarity.
Suggested “Buy It Now” Price: £12–15
This gives a realistic markup over the single mint price (≈£2.67) × 6 = ~£16. So £12–15 is fair, leaving a little room.
If you want to aim higher given the margin block and fresh gum, you might set at £18–20, but keep your expectations moderate.
Recommended Auction Option:
Start the auction at £5–6 with no reserve (or modest reserve say £8), for a 7-10 day auction. This allows market to decide and could draw interest.
