Valuation & Recommended Price:
According to trade listings, the 1986 17p issue (unmounted mint) is listed at around £ 0.35 for a single stamp.
The 31p of the same year is listed at around £ 0.60 single stamp.
Your blocks are much more interesting because they are gutter-blocks of 6 with margins and colour-guide, which usually carries a premium.
Conservatively, value might be estimated at:
17p block of 6: e.g. 6 × £0.35 = £2.10, plus premium say ~£3-£5 → estimate ~ £5-£8
31p block of 6: 6 × £0.60 = £3.60, plus premium maybe ~£5-£10 → estimate ~ £8-£13
Combined listing (both blocks) might be reasonably listed at around £12-£18 to allow buyer interest.
I would suggest a listing price of around £14.95 for both blocks together, with the possibility to adjust if interest is high.
